Are you tired of getting nowhere with your physique goals by following random training programs from various magazines, websites, and unqualified trainers with no proven track record? Are you looking for more targeted programs that help you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible? Do you need a comprehensive training course complete with exercise pictures and descriptions, specific set and rep protocols, program variety for various levels, and progressive training phases in order to bust through plateaus? Since I can’t coach you personally, I recommend the following courses to serve as your guide.
