Miyaki’s Soy & Sake Chicken Thigh Recipe + Simple Meal Construction Tips

Last week, a buddy of mine suggested I test out some new video production equipment so we can get rolling with our goal of doing more video-based content. I thought I would fulfill that task by trying to film something useful for you vs. just some random…randomness. After all, as Musashi once said, “do nothing which is of no use.”

Anyways, I got on camera and filmed a few things that you can check out in the following video:

1. A cooking demo featuring my famous soy & sake chicken thigh recipe.

2. Some general meal construction tips and strategies. This pretty much applies to what I recommend doing for solid, convenient, and physique-friendly lunches. Dinner could be something similar, although a little, to a hell of a lot bigger (depending on your target calorie, protein, carb, and fat numbers).
