Last week, a buddy of mine suggested I test out some new video production equipment so we can get rolling with our goal of doing more video-based content. I thought I would fulfill that task by trying to film something useful for you vs. just some random…randomness. After all, as Musashi once said, “do nothing which is of no use.”
Anyways, I got on camera and filmed a few things that you can check out in the following video:
1. A cooking demo featuring my famous soy & sake chicken thigh recipe.
2. Some general meal construction tips and strategies. This pretty much applies to what I recommend doing for solid, convenient, and physique-friendly lunches. Dinner could be something similar, although a little, to a hell of a lot bigger (depending on your target calorie, protein, carb, and fat numbers).
As I said in the video, we’re looking at putting together some more training videos and cooking demos soon. If you’re not already on our email list, you can sign up to stay up to date with that stuff here: Miyaki’s Physique-Focused Email List
