I just wanted to take a moment and say thanks a lot for visiting my new website. I hope it proves to be a valuable resource in helping you reach your personal health and fitness goals. I have a tremendous passion for health, fitness, and natural bodybuilding, and I hope to share that passion with all of you.
There is a lot of information (and misinformation) out there in the fitness world. It can be intimidating and confusing for those simply trying to cut through the fluff and achieve real world results. This site was created to clear up the confusion and provide unbiased, credible information on fitness training, nutrition, psychology, and motivation.
Fitness is my profession, I’ve spent the last ten years running a successful personal training business, competing in fitness and bodybuilding events, and working a few gigs as a fitness model. But fitness is also my hobby. In the same time span I have read hundreds of industry articles and books — from peer-reviewed, scientific journal articles to commercial diet books. I have picked the brains of fellow fitness competitors and models, and studied the works of some of the top coaches in the world. I truly believe I have the information necessary to help you achieve the results you desire, and the writing skills necessary to convey that information in a way that you will understand, absorb, and use in your every day life.
